Thank you for using Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist’s services. We would like you to please read all our terms and conditions so that you are full aware of our rights when booking your hair or makeup services. Using this website and booking with us signifies that you agree to our terms and conditions.
All contracts/dealings between Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist (ABN 59 554 060 772) and any person (‘Customer’) relating to any goods or services provided and supplied by Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist to the Customer through the website Bhawnahairandmakeup.com.au (‘Website’) are subject to the terms and conditions of trade set out below (‘these Terms’).
By using the Website, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist has the right to remove or vary these Terms at any time without notice. It is the Customer’s responsibility to be aware of any changes made to these Terms and by continuing to use and visit the Website the Customer agrees to be governed by these Terms and Conditions.
Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist reserves the right to withdraw the Services without notice and will NOT be liable (if for any reason) the Website is unavailable during any period.

PRIVACY POLICY
INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM CUSTOMERS – In order to provide better service to our valued customers, Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist may request personal details such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. If you choose to withhold requested personal information, Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist may not be able to provide you with the customer service you require should that depend on the collection of that information, particularly if the collection of that information is required by law.
Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist will not sell or disclose the Customers personal information/details to any third party without the customers consent unless in the purpose of purchase/deposit/delivery or if necessary to comply with laws, investigations or legal proceedings.
PROPERTY
All content made available to the customer via the Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist Website is property of Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist.
The customer can view, download, copy and/or print the images accessible on the Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist Website for personal use only and may NOT be altered in anyway.
The customer is not permitted to alter or re-produce the images on the Bhawna Hair & Makeup Website in any manner without permission from Bhawna Hair & Makeup
The customer may NOT remove any trademarks made by Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist on any images, campaigns or marketing materials.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist accepts Cash or Direct Debit.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and do not include GST. Invoices are sent to your desired email address once booking is confirmed and can be paid online.

DEPOSITS
A 50% Deposit for any service or workshop with Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist is Non-Refundable and is required when any makeup booking or enrolment is requested. For your appointment to be confirmed and the date held, your deposit must be placed.
Deposits will be lost if you change the date, the number of people you have initially booked for, the time of the appointment and if you do not adhere to the Bhawna Hair & Makeup Policy. A deposit will secure the date and time slot booked at the time of payment only and no other bookings as they are Non-Transferable regardless of the circumstances.
When paying a deposit this confirms you have agreed to and fully understand the terms and conditions provided by Bhawna Hair & Makeup
An invoice will be sent out to your desired email address with the option of paying your deposit online. Once your deposit has been processed, a second invoice will be sent with your remaining balance owing. All monies must be paid in full before day of service if paying online. If cash payment is preferred, monies must be paid before makeup service commences on the day.
OPENING HOURS
Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist is a freelance business and hours vary week to week depending on bookings. A surcharge of 10% will incur if booking is earlier than 6:30am or later than 6:00pm on any day.

New Years Eve – CLOSED
New Years Day – CLOSED
Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist will inform you via Instagram or Facebook if makeup services are unavailable for any other days or times.
Please Note: These Public Holidays can be booked if required however a surcharge of $50.00 will incur.
TRAVEL CHARGES
Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist requires a minimum $50.00 call out/travel fee for any mobile service. Travel charges of $0.80 per km also apply for any mobile service exceeding 25km from 127 Kangaroo Point Rd, Kangaroo Point. Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist will confirm your total travel cost when confirming your booking!
Interstate/International bookings can be made – please contact Bhawna directly for more information.
Where car parking is restricted, it is your responsibility to arrange parking or incur the cost of any parking fees.
PRICE LIST
Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist has the right to change any price at any time without notice to the client unless the customer has placed an order at a stipulated price (then the alteration in price is not applicable). When booking any service with Bhawna Hair & Makeup, the client agrees to these prices.
A minimum of $200.00 for any freelance makeup booking applies.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Bhawna Hair & Makeup Artist has delegated timings for each person which is emailed when bookings are confirmed. Please note: If, with no fault to Bhawna or her team, run behind the scheduled time, there are additional overtime charges of $30 per half hour. This will be added to your invoice.
If you request a second makeup artist, there is a minimum fee of ($100-$150) for their services and a travel fee of $20.00 if within 20km of our home studio. If the travel exceeds 20km, the second artist fee is $50 or greater. This cost will be confirmed prior to the confirmation of your booking once the location is determined.
HAIR PREPARATION
ALL our clients MUST have their hair PRE-BLOW WAVED or straightened if extra thick, frizzy or curly as we do NOT work on wet or frizzy hair. This is extremely important and we suggest clients adhere to this policy from the NIGHT BEFORE appointment required.
Please read the Hair Preparation document, which will be provided to you upon booking.
If a client’s hair is wet or not pre blow-waved/ straightened an additional fee of $50 will be charged.
Please Note: Only one gift voucher, promotion can be valid per service booked!
